Got 99 Problems and Poké ain’t one!
One of the quickest ways to shift your vibe is to focus on what you’re grateful for. When we do this, we can move from heavy to lighter vibes and higher states of consciousness.
Soul, how do we do this?
One of the easiest tools is to make a gratitude list in the moment, and continue the process at different points throughout the day such as first thing in the morning, afternoon, and at night before bed. No judgments, just what you’re grateful for in each of those moments.
Here’s an example from me, in this moment:
THX for HERE + NOW
MAHALO for my GREAT HEALTH, WEALTH, & HAPPINESS
SOUL MUCH ALOHA & GRATITUDE for my WIFE, OUR FUR-HANA, and HOME
Pretty simple, huh?
BONUS: If writing is not your thing, which I’ve heard alot of people say (alot of people who go on to writing feature film length content on social media), you can also use a simple mantra such as:
MAHALO for this MOMENT and, THANK YOU, THANK YOU FOR THIS BREATH
